ALBANY — A marijuana dispensary in Loudon Plaza fully opened this week, featuring a Woodstock theme and a wall of shelves dedicated to cannabis products from women-owned businesses.

Royale Flower’s setup at the plaza on Northern Boulevard pays homage to owner Christine Richardson’s Woodstock roots and reflects her pride in running a woman-owned cannabis dispensary.
